Basic Awareness Practice

Some people shy away from meditation because they don't feel their bodies. However, you can always move your internal energy Up, Down, Forward, Back, and Sideways, thereby reaching into your body. There are five short videos on these internal movements, below.

After you can slide the internal energy in any linear direction, practice going Up then Down many times; practice going Left then Right many times; and practice moving it Forward then Back many times. It is helpful doing this to the beat of music or a metronome. It helps your Mind and Body communicate. Then you will be better at using the Mind Body Tool.
